How to Access Technical Support

GLHIE’s Help Desk operates Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. Callers are prompted to leave a message during non-business hours. The call center serves both providers and patients. Our call-center professionals can help with:
- Elysium EMR User Support
- Lost or forgotten user names and passwords
- New user information
- Patient “opt-out” information
- Questions about using the VHR, ePrescribing, or Clinical Messaging
- Request a user or patient audit
- Check health information exchange system status
- Report health information exchange service problems
- Help schedule an on-site visit
