How to Access Technical Support

GLHIE’s Help Desk operates Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm. Callers are prompted to leave a message during non-business hours. The call center serves both providers and patients. Our call-center professionals can help with:

  • Elysium EMR User Support
  • Lost or forgotten user names and passwords
  • New user information
  • Patient “opt-out” information
  • Questions about using the VHR, ePrescribing, or Clinical Messaging
  • Request a user or patient audit
  • Check health information exchange system status
  • Report health information exchange service problems
  • Help schedule an on-site visit
